Left Behind. Reviewed by Ali Karim. One of the principal delights in book reviewing is discovering a gem, a work that pushes the bar just a little higher -- and that is exactly what No Time for Goodbye does. The biggest surprise for this reviewer is that I’d never read any previous works by Canadian author Linwood Barclay, which made finding No Time just that much sweeter. In No Goodbyes, Barry reveals information about destiny and free will, world unrest, the effects of negativity and addiction, dealing with skeptics, soul energy guidance, consulting mediums and psychics, soul growth, and other facets of the bigger picture. This book offers new information from advanced spirits in the afterlife who believe that.

I bought the book for my son named Lazarus, but once we read it as a family we were just blown away by how great it is. This book goes right through the story of Lazarus - even highlighting some of my favorite parts like how because Jesus loved Lazarus, Mary, and Martha, he waited until the perfect time.
Those familiar with Linwood Barclay’s previous novels, take note: NO TIME FOR GOODBYE is quite a different work for him. There is not a trace of good old Zack Walker here, though protagonist Terry Archer, a high school English teacher, could be decent buds with him should their paths ever cross.
